+ Can I still schedule appointments? Are you open?

Yes! We have multiple options for providing care. Since we feel that we have setup sound practices per the CDC we are still seeing people in clinic. We are also availabe for telehealth visits and car visits when needed.

+ What is direct rooming?

If you've been to the clinic lately we have done some "rearranging" and implemented direct rooming procedures. This concept means that patients do NOT wait in the usual waiting areas to be roomed by staff. Instead, they self room to a designated room upon entrance to the clinic and wait in the exam room.

+ Can I get tested for COVID-19 at the clinic?

Yes! We have had 2 reference labs setup for a couple weeks now with available testing with turnaround times between 24-48 hours.

+ What do I need to do to get tested for COVID-19?

To keep everyone safe we require a virtual visit prior to being tested for COVID-19. This allows providers to better manage who needs testing or if a differnt problem should be looked at. If further testing is needed, we will schedule a car visit and will collect the appropriate specimens outside the office. Call the office at 920-542-3010 to schedule accordingly.

+ Isn't there is rapid test for COVID-19?

There is and we hope to have it soon! There is a VERY limited supply of testing materials. Once they become more readily available we will update our testing for patients and the community.

+ What do I need for a telehealth visit?

For all telehealth visits we use doxy.me. It is an encrypted and secure connection. You will need access to any device with real time audio/visual capabailites and a strong internet connection. Any smart phone, tablet or computer would suffice. We strongly encourage patients to test their connection prior to their appointment and you can do so in our virtual waiting rooms.

+ Will I have to pay for telehealth?

Most insurances are covering telehealth services at this time. Claims will be submitted to your insurance with the same codes as would an office visit with the addition telehealth designation. Thus, normal co-pays and deductables may apply depending on the appointment type.

+ Do I have to come in for appointments unrelated to COVID-19?

Short answer is, most likely. While some optional appointments may not need to be scheduled at this time, most appointment types will still require some sort of evaluation and managment being done by a provider. We do encourage telehealth visits if possible but will see you in the office if it's needed to properly treat you.
